According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in order to reduce your chances of heart disease it is helpful to: quit smoking, know your blood pressure, talk to your healthcare provider about whether you should be tested for diabetes, checking cholesterol and triglycerides, limiting alcohol, lowering stress level, and making healthy food choices. This information is important because many people who have an undiagnosed cardiovascular condition do not know until it’s too late.

Join us as we fight to end heart disease! We are raising awareness and funds for organizations in support of efforts to educate the public and the medical community about cardiovascular health.

Getting involved has never been so simple, or Free!
